How does one open a managed account?
The process is straightforward:

  1. Choose an investment strategy and decide how much you would like to invest.
  2. Read through the terms and conditions for managed accounts.
  3. Sign an agreement on opening an account with us.
  4. Money can then be transferred whenever necessary.

What documents are required?
You must provide:

  • A notarized copy of the company charter.
  • A letter confirming the appointment of an executive body from the company.
  • A notarized copy of the company’s registration certificate.
  • Written confirmation of the managers’ current responsibilities.
  • A notarized photocopy of a company bank card (both sides) featuring sample signatures and company stamps.
  • A letter authorizing named persons to sign on behalf of the company.

How are taxes levied?
Institutional investors are liable for the profit tax, which they are responsible for calculating and paying.
