2008
  • TDAM becomes financial consultant for Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies (RCNT): it wins the competition for the management of RCNT's temporary funds.
  • Troika Dialog begins active asset management operations in the Ukraine and signs an agreement for management of assets of the Ukrtelecom private pension fund – the largest private pension fund in the Ukraine.
  • TDAM expands its agent distribution network – SlavinvestBank becomes the 15th agent for TDAM’s mutual funds.
  • TDAM is once again named the Best Asset Manager in Russia in the Global Finance magazine’s annual rating of Russia’s Best Banks and Companies.
  • For two years running, TDAM wins "The Russian Mutual Funds Market" competition by the National League of Management Companies and becomes winner in several nominations of the "Financial Olympus" National Prize.

  • TDAM opens its offices in Chelyabinsk, Rostov-on-Don, Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Perm, Volgograd, Krasnodar, and Togliatti.

  • Ilya Muromets rated second largest open-ended mutual fund in Russian: total assets under management top R800 mln. Dobrynia Nikitich holds the first place, with more than R2.5 bln under management.
  • TDAM’s funds now hold more than R3.7 bln, and the company has a 24% share of the open-ended mutual fund market.

  • TDAM is named Best Asset Management Company for 2003 in the annual NAUFOR Securities Market Elite awards.
  • TDAM launches the National Real Estate Fund.
  • The total value of the assets under management exceeds $500 mln.

  • Ilya Muromets celebrates its fifth anniversary, with more than R280 mln under management and some 800 investors.
  • TDAM and Van Eck Global join forces to launch the Van Eck Troika Dialog Fund, set up to invest in Russia and emerging markets in Eastern Europe.

  • TDAM launches Ilya Muromets, the first of a family of open-ended mutual funds named after the Bogatyry (knights) in Russian folklore.
  • TDAM receives its license to operate mutual funds.
  • The Lexington Troika Dialog Fund opens for subscription in the US.
  • TDAM and the Lexington Management Corporation set up the Lexington Troika Dialog Fund, the first US-registered mutual fund dedicated to Russian securities.
